Beta software
FlushFrame is prerelease software under active development. Features may change, fail, produce incomplete results, or be discontinued. Availability is not guaranteed.
Your videos and permissions
You retain ownership of your videos and exports. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to process the material you select and that your use complies with applicable privacy, publicity, copyright, hunting, firearm, and other laws.
AI-generated suggestions
Event labels, shot counts, story boundaries, photo choices, and editing recommendations may be inaccurate. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. FlushFrame is not a safety system and must never be used for firearm, hunting, wildlife-identification, legal, or emergency decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, expose credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful material, redistribute access codes, or use FlushFrame to violate another person's rights.
Feedback
You may voluntarily send feedback, screenshots, logs, or sample results. Upland Pursuit LLC may use that feedback to evaluate and improve FlushFrame. Do not send source footage unless requested and you are comfortable sharing it.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upland Pursuit LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost footage, data, profits, or opportunities; or claims arising from reliance on AI-generated results. Keep original footage and independent backups.
Ending access
You may stop using the beta at any time. Upland Pursuit LLC may suspend access to protect the service, enforce these terms, control costs, or end the beta.
