Include in a bug report

• Your Mac model and macOS version.
• Your FlushFrame version and build.
• The video length, resolution, and file type if known.
• The step where the problem happened.
• The exact error message or a screenshot.
• Whether restarting FlushFrame changed the result.

Protect your information

Never email your beta access code, passwords, API credentials, payment information, or footage you do not have permission to share. Do not send source footage unless specifically requested.

Known beta limitations

• AI labels, counts, and story boundaries can be inaccurate.
• Analysis requires an internet connection.
• Long or high-resolution videos take more time.
• The initial beta targets Apple Silicon Macs.
• Adaptive Director needs approved edits from multiple hunts.
