Information FlushFrame processes

FlushFrame may process hunting videos you select; frames, audio signals, and timing data generated from those videos; clips, photos, reports, editing decisions, and Adaptive Director preferences; a beta access code; basic service diagnostics; and information you choose to send in a support request.

Local files

Source videos, extracted working files, finished clips, selected photos, reports, and Adaptive Director data are stored locally on your Mac. FlushFrame does not intentionally upload an entire source video to its cloud service. Local files remain until you delete them.

Cloud-based AI analysis

To identify hunting events and evaluate potential highlights, FlushFrame sends selected image frames, analysis instructions, and limited technical information to a backend operated by Upland Pursuit LLC using Cloudflare. The backend sends those selected frames to OpenAI for AI analysis.

OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the account holder explicitly opts in. OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, unless legal or approved data-control requirements provide otherwise.

How information is used

Sharing and retention

Upland Pursuit LLC does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Cloudflare and OpenAI as necessary to operate FlushFrame, or disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users, rights, and service security. Cloud records are retained according to operational needs, account settings, and provider policies.

Your choices and security

You may stop cloud analysis by not submitting a video for analysis, and you may delete local FlushFrame files from your Mac. FlushFrame uses reasonable safeguards, including server-side credentials so users do not need to provide an OpenAI API key. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

FlushFrame is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated as the beta changes, with a revised effective date shown here.
